Rob Fuller - Vice President, Products & Chief Information Officer

Rob Fuller

As Vice President, Products & Chief Information Officer, Rob Fuller is responsible for leading product management, product marketing, and product development at Custom House. He is also responsible for global IT Operations including the strategic design and deployment of the company’s enterprise applications, internal client support and technology infrastructure.

Rob brings a wealth of experience to Custom House including more than 25 years' experience in the software industry encompassing senior management roles in product development, marketing, and operations, with a particular focus on strategic planning for software product development.

Past experience includes senior leadership roles with a variety of technology companies in both Canada and the United States including ACL Services and Computer Associates, managing development and support for the ACCPAC product family, as well as with a number of smaller software firms. He was also the General Manager for Taito Software, a subsidiary of Tokyo based Taito Corporation, where he grew the software division revenue to over $50 million in under two years.

Rob holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Syracuse University; a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Software Technology from the University of Alberta; and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. He was also recognized as one of the top 100 Bosses in Canada through Monster’s Best Bosses in Canada survey.
